While gyms with monthly fees, personal trainers and supplements are popular, but often costly, tools used to meet fitness goals, a Riverside group has found it refreshing to get back to basics, lacing up its running shoes and running or walking outdoors.
Formed in 2010, the Riverside Road Runners is a running, walking and fitness club that originated with the Loma Linda Lopers but branched apart when the group grew. Members receive training, work toward fitness goals and form friendships.
